Josette Chmiel has been a professional organizer and a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) for 5 years.
She is a founding member and was the first president of the North Carolina chapter of NAPO and is Golden circle member. This is an elite group of organizers who have a business history of at least 5 years.
However, she's been an organization junkie much longer than that . . . starting with the time she decided as a teenager that her dad's business files were just too chaotic and single handedly got them all in order.
